Sign in and saved records
Court Copilot uses ChatGPT Sites sign in. This application associates case work with the account identifier supplied by that service. Case notes, tasks, chronology, check ins and evidence entries are stored in the application database. Uploaded documents are stored in application file storage. They are not published as public pages.
Every workspace and document request checks the signed in account. This release supports one account owner per workspace. Shared case access and delegated access are not included.
Your choices
Use a case nickname and include only the information you want to save. Save changes before leaving the page. Export work downloads your notes, tasks, chronology, saved check ins, evidence entries and a document list. Download document files separately. You can remove uploaded documents and archive case workspaces.
Case Check In preserves the original text you enter and any review notes you choose to save. Draft check ins are held only in the current page until saved. Switching sections or cases keeps a draft during that visit; refreshing or leaving the page does not. Phone keyboard dictation is provided by your device and is subject to its settings and policies. Court Copilot does not capture or store audio.
Archiving does not delete a case. Removing a document removes it from this workspace; infrastructure backup retention is governed by the hosting provider. For a request concerning stored account records, contact United States University.

This workspace does not automatically import records from earlier Court Copilot systems. It does not send case data to an external text generation service, send reminders, submit filings or share documents with another person. Account authentication and hosting remain subject to the platform’s policies.
